Web Courses

This package of professional development training videos and interactive online material cover a wide range of topics such as culturally responsive leadership, workplace inclusion, women and leadership, microaggression, and inclusive hiring.

For each course in the series, the delivery mode will consist of asynchronous videos, readings, and activities spread out over five modules. Participants can expect to spend 3 to 5 hours on each of the 5 modules. Participants can earn up 1.5 continuing education credits (CEU) for the completion of each web course.

Talent Development Institute

We offer customized powerful development and learning experiences catered to the needs of our institutional stakeholders across industries (e.g., K-12, Higher Education, public and private organizations). These experiences can be offered virtually or delivered in person to your doorstep for your convenience. Beyond the topics covered in our webinar series and inclusive leadership excellence academies, we can develop content specifically for the organization. Examples of such training could be for institutional professional development days, diversity training, equity workshops, etc.

These developmental opportunities can earn participants Continuing Education Credit (CEU) and meet their diversity training needs.
